Shipping

At Rosegowns, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are usually processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order gowns may take 10–15 business days to prepare.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (tracking included)

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (tracking included)

Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

International Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide! Delivery times may vary depending on customs and location.

  • Import duties or taxes may apply, depending on your country.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rosegowns purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Eligibility:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Custom or made-to-order gowns cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our support team at [email@rosegowns.com] to request a return or exchange.

  2. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If the replacement item is more expensive, you will be charged the difference. If it’s less expensive, a partial refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your gown arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [sales@rosegowns.com].

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
